Prime Minister Howard has received AFF's submissions documenting the link between pornography and violence. He has the ammunition he needs to make good his election promise to ban the X Rated video trade in Australia. Don't let him say he can not do it - it has been his policy for years. Hold him to his promise.
As opposition leader Mr Howard wrote to AFF Director Jack Sonnemann stating that the recommendations in AFF's submissions were "fully consistent with my own judgements and beliefs".
It is time our Prime Minister honours his word.
