Children today, during COVID isolation where the porn predators are attacking with more intense vigour, need your help like never before. Predator use of social media to groom and desensitise our kids with porn has skyrocketed during lockdown. Internet sex trafficking has increased exponentially in just these last few months. Children are subsequently being raped and sexually assaulted in their classrooms, playgrounds and schoolyards literally by the thousands - due to easy access to Internet porn. Instead of allowing their further corruption by porn, we need to help them have pure hearts and clean hands. (Psalm 24:3-4)
Our government allows children unrestricted access to hard-core Internet porn. This must end. The tsunami of porn washing over Australia is destroying our children’s and our grandchildren’s childhood innocence but it can be stopped. When the enemy comes in like a flood we can be a part of the standard God raises against that flood. (Isa 59:19) It is up to us.
C S Lewis said when we reach for the heavens we get the earth thrown in, reach for the earth and we get neither. The enemy is too big, too organised, too well-financed and too entrenched in our culture for us to win if we fight in our own strength. We need to reach into the heavens and bring Jesus into the picture and lift up His standard. God will show Himself strong on our behalf IF we speak up for Him in our culture. The people who know their God shall display strength and take action. (Daniel 11:32) We must exhibit strength and action and speak up for our children. God wants His standard as the norm, not the pornographers’ standard. Again, it is up to us to obey.
My recent submission to the Internet Safety Committee persuasively illustrates the immediate need to take 2 very important steps.
1) Stop the Canadian based Internet porn giant PornHub* from posting torture/abuse/child rape imagery into Australia and
2) initiate Opt-in laws for Internet porn, whereby ISPs can only send porn to those who request it. Simple yet effective. Other dangerous Internet sites have been blocked, PornHub needs to be blocked also. The nefarious Dial-a-Porn operators were defeated in Australia this way. Precedents have been set. Contact the Prime Minister and ask him to block PornHub and initiate Opt-in laws for Internet porn. If any individual posted what PornHub does, they would be arrested; why is PornHub immune? Write to

*Some information about PornHub: PornHub is a Canadian-based, Amsterdam-owned Internet porn provider, one of the biggest in the world. They post rape/torture/abuse porn images and even underage rape imagery of young girls. The Canadian government is finally taking legal action against PornHub. PornHub is so offensive that the world's major credit card companies stopped processing PornHub's transactions. PornHub was removed from Instagram (albeit temporarily), so the seemingly innocent Instagram may be an easy access-point for your family. PornHub is facing multiple lawsuits for posting child rape imagery. PornHub, according to news.com.au, posts images of an Australian schoolgirl's rape. As I said above, anyone else posting such material - PornHub posts literally 1,000s and 1,000s of such imagery - would be arrested and jailed. Why is PornHub above the law? You can ask our Prime Minister, who says he is concerned about our children's internet safety, why he refuses to protect Aussie kids from this Internet porn predator. The world is waking up to PornHub…it’s past time for Australia to, as well.
Please be prepared for prevarication and obfuscation, not leadership, from those in Parliament. We don’t need an 18 month study into so-called “age verification” laws. In fact, the whole age verification idea is seemingly designed to kick the can further down the road.
NO child in Australia can access the Internet, set up a Telstra credit account or view any porn site on their own, anytime, anywhere. ALL of their viewing is linked to their parent’s accounts as no child can get a credit account in this nation - full stop, end of story! Don’t let them take you down this dead-end road, saying that age verification will help. Also don’t swallow the spurious claim that we have the “world’s best standard” concerning Internet safety. That is a blatant lie. Our children, presently have unrestricted access to the most vile Internet porn imaginable (as evidenced by the PornHub issue) and are being raped, sexually assaulted, and enacting the porn scenarios they have seen, as a direct result!
We need those in our Parliament to pass laws that benefit our women, children and families, not laws that put money in the pockets of international pornographers. Just as an aside, PornHub says they are going to clean up their act which in effect admits their wrongdoing! Imagine if a murderer admits his wrongdoing and says they will clean up their act? Should they go free and unpunished? PornHub should be banned and, until a more permanent solution is reached, at the very least the PM should initiate some sort of Opt-in provision for Internet porn. If you want it, apply for it. Remember? Dial-a-Porn was defeated this way. This is not perfect but it is a giant step towards protecting our children from rape and sexual assault. This winnable war can be won but not if we don’t fight the battles. This is a battle worth fighting.
