I reported that former American University Psychology Department Chairman, Dr. Elliot McGinnies was convicted of "pedophile
associated felonies" of a nine-year old girl in his trailer located at Pine Tree Associates Nudist Colony in Crownsville,
Maryland during 1986.
This statement is incorrect. Dr. McGinnies was not convicted of "pedophile associated felonies" of a nine-year old
girl in his trailer. He repaired to a psychiatric hospital before "turning himself in to authorities," following which the
child sexual abuse charges were dismissed.
