was launched in the Australian Capital Territory in the Legislative Assembly Hall to an overflow crowd and was featured
in the Canberra Times, Canberra Television and talk-back radio.
Science has proven that
as pornography increases so does the rate of violent sexual assault against women and children.
Australia
has the highest rate of sex assault of any OECD country and the highest rate of violent assault. Research has
also proven that as we take positive steps to reduce pornography we reduce the chances of our women and children being sexually
assaulted, violated and abused.
All who attend will learn of the now no-longer-arguable
link between pornography and violence.
